Job Description
Personal Referent with responsibilities including independent support of employee groups, counseling and support of managers and employees, and maintenance and management of personnel master data.
Requirements
- Completed commercial education with personnel economic additional qualification
- Several years of professional experience as a personnel representative, HR Generalist or in a comparable HR function
- Thorough knowledge of labor law, social security law, and tax law
- Experience in operational personnel work as well as independent support of a defined employee area
- Structured, careful, and independent work style
- Outstanding communication skills and secure professional appearance
- High service orientation, discretion, and sense of responsibility
- Proficient in common HR systems, ideally with experience in Personio and DATEV
- Negotiable German language skills in word and writing
