Senior MEP Site Engineer

CNS Engineering Service is a technology and innovation company that provides a one stop shop solution for engineering needs. We are looking for a Senior MEP Site Engineer to manage and oversee MEP aspects of projects from design through execution, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

Requirements

• Lead the planning, design, and implementation of MEP systems on-site.
• Review and coordinate MEP design drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Ensure all MEP works are executed in accordance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality control of MEP installations.
• Supervise and guide MEP teams, subcontractors, and site staff.
• Support procurement activities by reviewing technical specifications and supplier proposals.
• Prepare and submit reports, progress updates, and documentation as required.
