Develop detailed business requirements documents (BRDs), use cases, and user stories. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in software industry, particularly in areas such as software product development, SaaS, or IT consulting
- Certification(s) in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) and/or Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, CSPO) is a plus
