Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical BIM coordination, preferably in construction or MEP industries
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360
• Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Certification in BIM or Revit (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional)
