Engineering Manager

This position will work closely with the Project Manager and lead discipline engineers to manage engineering activities and coordinate interfaces across the project. The role involves supervising the engineering subcontractor and ensuring the successful execution of all engineering phases from initiation to completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or related technical field or qualified degree with significant experience in technical organization.
• Desired, PMP, Project Management Professional & Masters Degree in Engineering Management
• Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience in major Brownfield oil & gas projects, including at least five (05) years in similar position in ADNOC Onshore / Offshore on EPC or EPCm projects.
• Familiarity with systems and standards in oil & gas, petrochemical, power and infrastructure sectors.
• Experience of customer facing communication
• Specific experience in Oil & Gas projects across their lifecycle in the GCC region.
• Pre-FEED, FEED experience is essential
• Detailed Engineering experience in onshore / offshore projects
