Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4+ years of accounting experience
- Development/job cost accounting or real estate accounting required
- Strong general ledger experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with Yardi preferred
