Job Description
GHJ is looking for a People Business Partner, Client Services to serve as a partner with department leadership, aligning people and department goals. The role will handle employee relations, performance management, talent management, and strategic people partnership.
Requirements
- 7+ years of HR experience, preferably in professional services and/or accounting firms
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices and compliance requirements
- Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven decision making
- Excellent verbal and written skills to effectively communicate with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization
- Problem solving skills with the ability to make recommendations through judgment that is consistent with company standards, practices, policies, or local governing laws
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion
