Job Description
GHJ Search & Staffing is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team near Jurupa Valley in the Western U.S. This role involves leading accounting operations, supervising accounting staff, ensuring GAAP compliance, and partnering with leadership on audits and tax issues. The position offers an employee-owned company with ESOP contributions.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting management/supervision preferred
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
- Strong GAAP knowledge
- CPA is a plus but not required
- Construction, manufacturing, or environmental services industry experience is a plus
