Requirements

• Will graduate by December 2025 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (ideally with a focus or major in structural or materials engineering)
• Interest in materials engineering, asset performance, and durability of infrastructure
• Strong academic performance
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe software
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for field and site work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from others
