We are looking for an Ambulant hulpverlener / Sociaal psychiatrisch verpleegkundige to join our JOT/FACT jeugd team, providing treatment and guidance to young people with complex psychiatric conditions.
Requirements
- complex psychiatric conditions in combination with problems in multiple life areas
- young people aged 12-24
- complex psychiatric picture, chronic problems, crisis-sensitive problems and complex, persistent systemic factors
