Job Description
We are looking for a team leader to strengthen our team at CVS clinic. As a team leader, you will give coaching leadership to a multidisciplinary team, ensure operational management and results, and work closely with other team leaders and managers.
Requirements
- HBO diploma or HBO work and thinking level and leadership experience
- Relevant ambulatory work experience (preferably in the field of coaching leadership in care)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to steer on team performance, professionalism and joint responsibility
- Availability for 28 - 36 hours a week
