Guidewire Business Systems Analyst - Contract

The Guidewire Business Systems Analyst will facilitate collaborative sessions with large and diverse business stakeholder groups to drive requirements discovery, analysis, and review. They will perform data mappings, reverse engineering, and documenting as-is flows, performing gap analysis and elicit requirements to support to-be end state.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role with proven experience in Guidewire suite, preferably last 1-2 years on Guidewire platform
• Guidewire ACE certification (nice to have)
• Experienced in facilitating and collaborating with large and diverse business stakeholder groups
• Expert level of requirements analysis and documentation skills
• Excellent communication, active-listening, relationship-building, self-management, proactive, team-player, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in a Financial Institution
• Relevant undergraduate degree and/or post-graduate education in Business Analysis
