Application Support Consultant for complex technical issues, working with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior team members.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical support, customer service, or a related role
- University background in financial/business/IT
- Proven experience in Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Basic knowledge in SQL, Bigdata, spark & cloud environments
- Knowledge of Excel at a medium user level
- English (B2+), Spanish nice to have
- Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful insights
- Attention to details
- Ability to complete duties under minimal supervision
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
