Job Description
The Credit Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the trade debt collections and accounts receivable team, ensuring efficient and effective credit control processes are maintained. This role plays a pivotal part in delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, while driving team performance and supporting business objectives.
Requirements
- Knowledge of accounts receivable and a minimum 5 years experience in a Credit/Collections role
- Ability to develop and foster good working relationships
- Strong analytical skills
- Intermediate level MS Office – Word and Excel
- Exposure to ERP systems - SAP, JDE or Symix is preferred
