Job Description
GetYourGuide is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and build a new Site Reliability Engineering team, responsible for delivering a high-reliability, scalable, and secure infrastructure. The role focuses on SLOs, incident response, and capacity planning, and will partner with engineering stakeholders to drive impactful projects. This position reports to the Director of Engineering, Infrastructure and is primarily measured based on the team's performance.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of public clouds (AWS), kubernetes, and observability.
- Experience working in a startup environment, e-commerce, or large-scale distributed systems.
- Solid understanding of site reliability best practices.
