Job Description
Getty is seeking a Head Gardener to oversee and direct grounds maintenance teams, ensuring adherence to safety standards and assisting with planning and coordination. The role involves maintaining the grounds, assisting supervisors, reporting issues, and training team members. It is an onsite position with no prior experience required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 10+ years experience in an institutional setting
- Bi-lingual skills in Spanish and English
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
- California driver's license with fewer than three DMV points
- Proficient knowledge of irrigation control and distribution systems
- Basic computer skills with office software
