Job Description
Magda is seeking a Customer Success Advisor to support users with questions and issues through chat, email, and potentially phone calls. The role involves troubleshooting, resolving problems, and helping customers achieve their business goals within the Magda's SaaS email marketing and marketing automation software. This position is remote, starting Monday through Sunday, and involves 8-hour shifts with a 7 AM to 7 PM schedule.
Requirements
- Strong language skills in English and Polish (fluent or native)
- Intermediate level of German (minimum B2)
- Online marketing knowledge and knack for understanding technical tools
- Openness to learning new things
- Excellent communication and typing skills
- Outgoing personality with a positive attitude
- Ability to handle multiple interactions simultaneously
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
