Job Description
getquin is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive scalable, data-driven growth across iOS, Android, and web. The role involves developing a multi-channel growth strategy, scaling and optimizing performance marketing campaigns, and collaborating with product to drive efficiency across the user funnel.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in growth or performance marketing for mobile apps, ideally in consumer subscription models
- Proven success in scaling Meta app campaigns and optimizing across acquisition and retention
- Strong analytical mindset and confidence using attribution tools (e.g. Adjust, Appsflyer)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment
