Operations Manager responsible for overseeing recruitment and training of new employees, project management, and improving operations in US Healthcare, specifically in Physician and Hospital Billing.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in US Healthcare as a Leader in Operations
- Experience in transitioning projects and building SOPs
- Knowledge of multiple client systems and clearing houses
- Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting
- Ability to work flexibly based on business requirements
- High level of integrity and maturity
- High level of people management practice
