Requirements

• Completed technical studies or a comparable education
• Multiple years of professional experience in Operational Excellence with documented successful implementation of projects on an international level
• Fundamental knowledge of TQM, TPM, Lean, and continuous improvement
• Very well-developed communication, leadership, and presentation skills
• Fluent German and English skills in word and writing, as well as high international travel readiness (at least 50%)
