Job Description
We are looking for a full-time or part-time experienced assistant to support the management in day-to-day business and strategic project work. The ideal candidate will have a commercial training or study, experience in office organization, and knowledge of administrative processes.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or study
- Experience in office organization and knowledge of administrative processes
- Careful, independent, and structured work method
- Very good German language skills, good English language skills
- Safe handling of MS Office 365, in particular Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
- Driving license class B
