Process Associate - Procurement Operations

As a Process Associate - Procurement Operations, you will review purchase requisitions, create POs, and process purchase orders. You will also provide customer support, resolve tickets, and route high-complexity tickets to Sr. customer support team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma, 2-year Associate Degree (field related), Graduate or equivalent experience
• 0-1 year previous procurement work experience
• Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus
• Knowledge of P2P tools - end user functionality, ERP/P2P systems SAP/Oracle (a plus)
• In depth knowledge of purchase to pay processes
• Team player, high motivation, positive, can-do attitude, flexibility. Highly effective communication skills with stakeholders & suppliers
• Good problem-solving skills
