The Call Center Representative assists members with their credit union products and services. Responsibilities include answering questions, solving problems, processing transactions, and providing information. The role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to member support.

Requirements

• Serve membership by providing service and information in a pleasant, professional, and efficient manner.
• Research and solve member questions and complaints.
• Close accounts, verify accounts, process stop payments, and answer inquiries about loan products.
• Log and prepare daily mail for branch processing.
• Assist members with remote access and online banking.
• Respond to member requests and direct issues to the appropriate personnel.
