Job Description
GeoComply is seeking a highly technical Senior Solutions Integration Engineer to join their Product and Engineering organization. The role focuses on connecting customers to product development, ensuring successful integrations, and driving product improvements based on customer feedback. This individual will bridge the gap between customer needs and product roadmap, contributing to the delivery of effective solutions and analyzing product usage data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with SDK integrations for browser solutions and/or mobile applications.
- Proven experience in a technical role (Software Engineer, Solutions Architect, etc.) with substantial customer interaction.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, API integrations, and technical architecture principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive approach to identifying and addressing customer integration challenges.
