Requirements
- Provide task support to the Construction Observation & Testing group
- Coordinate and manage drilling projects and oversee junior staff
- Perform engineering calculations, including settlement, bearing capacity, and slope stability
- Generate scopes and fees for new projects and prepare complete proposals and budgets
- P.E. or EIT is REQUIRED
