Field Service Technician II

Performs on-site services for new and existing clients, responsible for installation, diagnostics, repair and support for equipment. Works under general supervision and follows detailed guidelines to work on moderately complex repairs and installations.

Requirements

• On-site service experience for new and existing clients
• Ability to diagnose problems with equipment and make decisions to repair and/or replace parts
• Technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements
• Communication skills to inform customers on the nature of service provided or outstanding issues
• Ability to lead small to moderate projects at customer sites
