Field Service Technician

Under direct supervision, the Field Service Technician performs moderately complex customer support activities for equipment and systems products.

Requirements

• Installation, diagnostics, repair and support for equipment
• Moderately complex repairs and installations
• Technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements
• Provides technical support and training to customers
• Communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
