Requirements

• MS or PhD in molecular biology or related field
• 4+ years of project management experience
• Expertise in molecular biology techniques (e.g., gene synthesis, PCR, sequencing) and hands-on lab experience
• Strong problem solving skills, result driven thinking and able to pay attention to details
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills, with a track record of managing complex projects under pressure
• Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
