Senior Principal Consultant – Business Analyst

We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant – Business Analyst, which involves refining user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and ensuring alignment between stakeholder expectations and development outcomes. The Business Analyst will be responsible for leading the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and functional requirements across financial crime surveillance initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to define and implement future-state workflows and capabilities, and supporting delivery across the full project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience in BA, analytics, or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with data governance principles including data lineage, quality frameworks, and metadata management
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, drive consensus, and maintain alignment across business and technical teams
• Skilled in delivering impactful presentations, facilitating workshops, and translating complex concepts into actionable insights
