Senior Manager - Senior Data Architect

Genpact is hiring a Senior Manager - Senior Data Architect to lead the design and implementation of their unified data architecture. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and efficient Lakehouse platforms leveraging Databricks, Spark, PySpark, DataOps, and MLOps practices.

Requirements

• Experience in designing and implementing data solutions in large-scale enterprise environments
• Deep expertise in Databricks, including Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and MLflow
• Advanced experience in Spark, PySpark, and distributed data systems
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data engineering and modeling tasks
• Hands-on experience with DataOps tools and practices (e.g., CI/CD for data, observability, versioning)
• Working knowledge of MLOps workflows including model deployment, monitoring, and lineage
• Solid understanding of cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience in implementing security, privacy, and compliance controls in modern data platforms
• Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills
