Principal Consultant - GenAI Engineer

Genpact is inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant - GenAI Engineer. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and developing machine learning and deep learning systems, with professional software development experience. They will work on developing transformative GenAI solutions to address clients' business requirements and challenges.

Requirements

• Develop transformative GenAI solutions to address our clients' business requirements and challenges
• Experience in AI/ML Architecture
• Excellent knowledge on Python
• Good Understanding of LLMs and Gen AI technologies.
• Experience in Agentic AI and RAG
• Cloud Services - AWS, GCP, Azure and Cloud Native [Any one cloud service is mandatory]
• Close the gap between AI research and production to create ground-breaking new products, features and solve problems for our customers with GenAI
• Build and implement machine learning models and prototype solutions for proof-of-concept
• Scale existing AI models into production on a variety of cloud platforms with GenAI
• Analyze and resolve architectural problems, working closely with engineering, data science and operations teams.
• Good working knowledge on deep learning and advanced NLP techniques
• Analysing the use cases of ML algorithms and ranking them by their success probability
• Should be excellent with Rasa Framework or any other chatbot interface.
• Performing statistical analysis and using results to improve models.
• Training and retraining ML systems and models in real-world situations
