Requirements

• Respond to customer inquiries and problem critical issues
• Provide support for data collection to enable Audit function
• Maintain a detailed understanding of client process and policies
• Responsible to demonstrate capacity for critical thinking and analysis
• Should be very proficient with SAP (OTC module)
• Candidate should be comfortable with night shift
• Should have indepth knowledge of Order Management
