Director, Market Access & Marketing - Germany

The company is seeking a Director, Market Access & Marketing to shape the company's success in the German market. The role requires expertise in market access and health economics, as well as effective collaboration with regional and global teams.

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Health Economics, Public Health, or a related field
• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in market access, pricing, reimbursement, or health economics within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
• Proven track record managing AMNOG submissions, benefit assessments, and pricing negotiations in Germany
• Strong understanding of the German healthcare system, HTA and payer landscape, and oncology market dynamics
• Experience in product launches and lifecycle management for specialty or oncology medicines
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and stakeholder management abilities
• Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, international environment
