Director, Health Evidence and Outcomes Liaisons Team Lead

Genmab is seeking a Director, Health Evidence and Outcomes Liaisons Team Lead to lead a high-profile, high-impact Medical Affairs team. The role will oversee the execution of the US Medical Affairs strategy and manage a team of Health Evidence and Outcomes Liaisons. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in HEOR or Field-HEOR, a strong knowledge of the US healthcare and payer environments, and excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Requirements

• Advanced/scientific medical degree (PharmD, PhD, MPH, MS, MD)
• 5-7 years of HEOR or Field-HEOR experience
• 2-3 years of experience in Oncology/Hematology therapeutic area
• Field team/people management experience
• Strong knowledge of the US healthcare, payer and market access environments
• Expert technical knowledge of HEOR, including use of RWE, data analytics and economic modeling
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Strong personal integrity, teamwork abilities, and a customer focus
• Current working knowledge of FDAMA 114, 21st Century Cures Act, HIPAA and other compliance regulations and guidelines
