Sports Data Operator

As a Sports Data Operator, you'll help power Genius' live products by collecting and validating real-time tracking and play-by-play data using specialized in-house software. You'll confirm teams, lineups, and players with precision; monitor events as they happen; and flag issues to Game Supervisors contributing feedback in post-game reviews.

Requirements

• Passion for sports with working knowledge of Basketball and Football (rules, lineups, gameplay).
• Exceptional attention to detail and an analytical mindset; high accuracy in live environments.
• Strong English communication and solid computer literacy; quick to learn specialized tools.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-directed, comfortable working with minimal supervision.
• Calm under pressure with excellent time management and multitasking during live games.
• Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (min. 10 hrs/week).
• Reliable high-speed internet (≥50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) and a suitable remote setup.
