Cadence Rx is looking for Pharmacy Benefits Analysts to join our diverse teams to make innovation possible. The Cadence Rx Pharmacy Benefits Analyst is responsible for accurately processing paper bills and resolving billing exceptions while providing clear and timely support to clients, providers, and internal teams.
Requirements
- College graduate of any 4-year course
- Completion of Medical Billing programs is an advantage
- Minimum of 1 year experience in medical billing, claims processing, provider reimbursement, or similar work required
- Knowledge of HIPAA principles and standards
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft suite of products specifically Word, Excel and Outlook required
- Experience with Workers’ Compensation (WC) or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) preferred
- Exposure to document management systems is an advantage
- Excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to work as a team player in collaboration with all areas of the organization, and demonstrates initiative to proactively solve issues with minimal supervision
