Job Description
Gallagher Bassett is looking for Philippine-licensed RNs to assist US-based Case Managers in completing tasks to promote quality medical care. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, text message exchange, and back-office tasks.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Philippine RN License
- At least 1 year US Healthcare experience in a BPO or CPO setting
- Good leadership qualities
- Motivated and assertive in finding better processes
- Critical thinker and good problem solver
- Good patient care skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel and general computer literacy
- Able to work with dual screens
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and time management skills
