Job Description
This role is for a Pressures on the healthcare workforce Analyst, focusing on data analysis, modeling, visualization, and process optimization to drive customer experience and operational efficiency. The position involves creating dashboards, developing data models, ETL processes, and interactive presentations, providing data-driven support to various teams within the CX team and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Graduate of a 4-year Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SaaS, preferably supporting customer success
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros)
- Experience with SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation
- Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g., Pigment)
- Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight (preferred)
