Job Description
Geneva Trading is seeking a Part-Time System Support Analyst to deliver high-quality desktop support and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction with systems and applications.
Requirements
- 1+ year working with computer hardware, GPUs, Memory, CPU, etc.
- Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent Troubleshooting skills
- Good attention to detail when digging through log files to find application issues
- Strong Windows experience
- Ability to pick up and understand new processes/applications
- Able to do physical work desk setups
- Scripting PowerShell is a plus
- Database experience is a plus
