Senior Partner Marketing Manager

Genesys empowers organizations to improve loyalty and business outcomes by creating the best experiences for their customers and employees. As a Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the partner marketing strategy across the Japan region to increase partner engagement and enablement, demand generation through partners, and expansion of Genesys’ partner ecosystem.

Requirements

• 8+ years of B2B partner marketing and field marketing experience
• Basic knowledge of partner structure in the Japanese IT industry
• Leadership skills and experience in working with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently
• Knowledge of digital marketing and experience with marketing tools – Salesforce, Zoom, ON24, Taxi etc.
• Strong presentation, writing and communication skills
• Native/Fluent in Japanese and Business level English
