Job Description
We are seeking a Full Time Wound Care Coordinator, RN/LPN, with wound care experience to join our team at Generations Oakton Pavillion in Des Plaines, IL. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing and setting priorities for wound care and prevention, as well as supervising and educating staff.
Requirements
- Current RN or LPN license from the State of Illinois
- Wound Care certification (WCC) or VOHRA preferred
- Wound Care experience required
- Nursing experience at a SNF
- MDS and Care Plan experience a big plus
- Personable and professional with residents, families, and staff
- Maintain confidentiality of all residents' information in compliance with HIPAA standards
- Must have compassion, understanding and tolerance for older adults
