Job Description
Generate:Biomedicines is seeking a VP of Quality to build, lead, and inspire a quality organization focused on delivering robust clinical trials. This role is crucial for aligning Quality strategy with the company's growth, productivity, and launch of their Generative BiologyTM platform. It requires experience in GLP, GCP, and GMP compliance, alongside leadership in clinical development and partner management. The VP will report to the Chief Legal Officer and be responsible for all aspects of quality, from early discovery through commercialization.
Requirements
- BS or advanced degree in biology, chemistry, or engineering with 20+ years experience in biotechnology.
- 10+ years of progressive Quality leadership experience supporting biologics and small molecule programs.
- 10+ years of experience in GCP and CMC QA
- Experience establishing Quality systems.
