Paralegal

General MRO Aerospace is seeking a Paralegal to assist with legal research, drafting documents, and managing case files. The ideal candidate would have a degree or certificate in paralegal studies and 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.

Requirements

• Conduct in-depth research using electronic tools and analyze precedent-setting cases.
• Drafting, reviewing, and proofreading legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, motions, complaints and discovery responses.
• Organize and maintain client and case files, gather evidence, and prepare litigation bundles or exhibit packages.
• Interview with clients and witnesses, gather information, and act as a point of contact for communication.
• Assist during trials by preparing case materials, supporting during proceedings, and handling administrative tasks.
• File legal documents with courts and perform other clerical duties like scheduling and managing electronic systems.
