GBS Pricing People Leader

This role is responsible for managing a team of finance professionals who handle backend processes for Aftersales relating to Vehicles and Parts & Accessories Pricing and related sales promotion activities. The People Leader will lead process improvements and automation to drive quality, compliance, and acceleration of activities, and maintain a culture of success within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Supply Chain/Accounting/Business or equivalent
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in people leadership
• Strong foundation and experience in a shared service environment
