Job Description
General Atomics Electromagnetic Systems (GA-EMS) is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager II to join their team in Tupelo. The successful candidate will lead QA activities, develop and implement quality management policies, and ensure compliance with customer and governmental regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field
- 9 or more years of progressively complex QA experience
- Leadership skills, including organizing, planning, and coordinating workloads
- Ability to resolve technical and management issues
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of MRP systems, including SAP/PEO
- Previous QA experience in a production environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain DoD clearance
