Job Description
The Program Manager (PM) will lead the gBETA Pennsylvania Powered by Meta accelerator, recruiting and selecting companies, executing programming, and coaching small businesses and startups. The PM will also work with accelerator alumni, recruit and hold office hours with startups, and participate in the Pennsylvania startup community.
Requirements
- Experience with operations, logistics, program/project management and/or documentation
- Past experience as a program/project manager, in supporting an accelerator, incubator or venture fund
- Experience with or strong interest in event planning
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a self-starter
- Collaborative, team-based mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly independent environment and juggle multiple ongoing projects, responsibilities and external relationships
- Flexibility to travel, work some nights and weekends
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Benefits
