VP Software Engineering

We're looking for an experienced VP of Engineering to lead our mobile, web, and desktop product teams. The role is hybrid, with 2 days in the London office and 3 days remote. We're a fast-growing company with a strong engineering culture, values, and ways of working.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience as a software engineer working with native mobile or web technologies
• 3+ years experience in an engineering leadership role with line management responsibilities
• Previous experience at a growing startup
• Track record of delivering high quality products with a measurable impact on the business
• Experience building engaged and high performing teams
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• British citizenship or a pre-existing right to work in the UK
