Senior Principal Product Leader for In Vivo Workflows

Roche is seeking a Senior Principal Product Leader for In Vivo Workflows to define and execute the strategy for integrated In Vivo workflow products, aligned with research priorities and portfolio needs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product leadership in life sciences R&D (biotech, pharma, CRO, or research technology)
• Deep literacy in in vivo and translational research workflows
• Strong understanding of lab informatics foundations
• Systems and data acumen across API-first and event-driven integration patterns
• Demonstrated delivery of measurable outcomes
• Proven stakeholder leadership across PIs, study directors, lab managers, assay owners, data and AI teams, engineering, and executive sponsors
