HR Advisor

GEICO is seeking an HR Advisor to provide comprehensive support and guidance to the organization's managers and employees on all HR-related matters. The role involves ensuring compliance with employment legislation, implementing HR policies and procedures, and contributing to the development and execution of HR strategies to support the business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR advisory or similar role
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
