Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Automotive Bodily Injury leadership experience
• Active Adjuster license
• Strong ability to assess needs and guide associates in negotiating claim settlements
• Experienced in the use of various claims tools
• Strong adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements
• Expertise in Casualty claims
• Proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
• Strong results orientation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and metrics
